At Rescue Children’s Village, every child has a story. Behind each smile is a journey of resilience, hope,
and transformation. Here, we share some of those stories of lives changed, dreams awakened,
and communities strengthened through compassion and collective effort.
Faith arrived at Rescue Children’s Village as a shy and withdrawn child, having faced rejection and fear due to albinism.
Through tailored support including protective clothing, sunscreen, and gentle encouragement she began to rediscover her
confidence. Today, Faith is not only thriving in her studies but has also become a vocal advocate for self-acceptance
among her peers. She often says, “I used to hide. Now I want to inspire others to be proud of who they are.”
When Anna first joined us, she struggled to communicate her needs. Born with a physical disability, she faced barriers to movement and expression. With the help of a small wheelchair, dedicated physical therapy, and a nurturing environment, Anna’s world expanded. Though she still cannot speak in words, her laughter echoes through our halls, and her bright eyes tell a story of joy, trust, and belonging.
